Chocolate Beetroot Tart with Roasted Figs


Do you like the look of this tart? 

The pastry tart shell contains yoghurt and it is filled with chocolate and beetroot, topped with roasted figs :)

    This is an amazing tart and one I've never heard of before. I love everything about it.

      Thanks Maureen :) I really like the combination of chocolate and beetroot but I don't see a lot of it around.
